Follow the steps below :
1. Login to Joomla Admin
2. Navigate to Menus -> menu_name
3. Select the Menu Items you wish the HIDE or REMOVE
4. Click ‘UNPUBLISH’ button to HIDE it temporarily
OR
Click ‘TRASH’ button to REMOVE it permanently
