- Expertise in training support staff to be self-sufficient and independent in resolving customer queries and requests using PHP/MySQL and CMS systems eg. Joomla and WordPress
- Setting up workflow / process within the team to ensure all customer tickets are adequately tracked, acted upon and monitored.
- Developing and implementing processes, procedures and tools to continuously improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and goal attainment.
- Adept at translating client’s abstract ideas and business requirements into easy-to-use and interactive applications and solutions
- Proven ability to manage projects within given budgets and timelines and to a high level of quality.
- Experience with bids & proposals, services estimation and quotes and management of offshore and onshore resources.
