Over 20 years of transitional career starting from Computer Lecturer/Trainer – Customer Support – Technical Support – Operations Manager of Support and Hosting- SAAS (WordPress and Joomla) Startup Company, I grew as a light-hearted , open minded person who is also organized, coherent, motivated and accurate in his work.
Experience as a Freelance Web Developer, Website Troubleshooter , Joomla/ WordPress and PHP/MySQL Technical Support Lead for more than 15 years has enhanced my skills to create strong relationships with clients, meeting their needs and helping them to increase the value of their brands, as well as encouraging them to be intrepid.
Positive and productive work approach, helps me deal with complex projects and strict schedules.
